They went up & saw the flat was locked. Mrs. Jaya opened the door and went inside. They settled their luggage. After few minutes Jaya thought of asking Vaishali if she knew where Akash had gone. She went up and to her surprise saw Akash’s shoes lying at the doorstep of Vaishali’s flat. As she went near she could hear the voice of a man and Vaishali taklking and giggling. She doubted that Akash might be there inside Vaishali’s flat. Again she said to herself how can that be. Akash cannot do anyhting like this. But she recognized the voice of her son. It was Akash. She couldn’t believe Akash having an affair with a divorced lady. She was about to knock the door when at once she stopped. She thought of catching both of them red-handed. Mrs. Jaya went down & called Ajay. She told Ajay”You knock the door and I will stand hiding here. If she asks,”Who you are? Tell her that you are a postman”. I think your brother is having an affair with this woman and he is right now with her inside”. Ajay said”Ok..Mom”. Ajay knocked at the door. Inside the room Akash & Vaishali were getting cosy with each other. On hearing the knock Vaishali got up from Akash’s lap. As she was naked Vaishali went inside and put on a gown and came back. Again Ajay knocked at the door. This time Vaishali asked,”Who is at the door?” Ajay answered”Postman”. Vaishali felt a little relieved. Akash went to other room. As Vaishali opened the door, to her horror she found Ajay and Mrs. Jaya standing at her door. She went freeze seeing both of them. Mrs. Jaya & Ajay went inside the room. Mrs. Jaya said”I know my son, Akash is here. Where is he?” Vaishali was stammering with her words and she replied”Akash is not here”. At that time Mrs. Jaya’s eyes fell on the shirt & pant which Akash had forgoten to take when he went to other room. Mrs. Jaya said”See this is his pair of clothing. Even I saw his shoes lying outside. Don’t tell lie Vasihali. He is here only”. Ajay & Mrs. Jaya dashed into other room and saw Akash was lying on the bed in his vest & underwear. Akash was shocked to see his mother & brother there. He was speechless. Mrs. Jaya slapped him and stormed out of the room. Akash put on his clothes. Vaishali asked,”Now what will happen, Akash?” Akash said”I am going to tell everything to mother and he went to his room. Ajay & Mrs. Jaya were sitting quietly and there was absolute silence in the room. Akash said”Mom, I love Vaishali and I want to marry her”. Mrs. Jaya screamed at Akash and said,”You got nobody else to love. She has got divorced. I will find another suitable girl for you”. Akash said”No mummy. I will marry only Vaishali and nobody else. Her husband had cheated her so she divorced him. There is no fault of Vaishali”. Mrs, Jaya,”I don’t know who is at fault but my son will not marry such a girl”. Akash said”But mama I had physical relations with her and she will bear my child”. Mrs. Jaya felt as if the ground had been shaken off her feet. She was shocked. Then Vaishali came there and said,”Aunty, both of us love each other. Actually after my husband cheated me and I got divorced from him, I had decided that I will not marry. But when I saw Akash, I changed my decision. He loves me very much and I too love him”. Mrs. Jaya was speechless. After much persuasion by Akash & Vaishali Mrs. Jaya relented. She said,”Ok. I agree for your marriage. But Vaishali you call your relative and I will talk with them”. After two days Vaishali’s brother came and finalized everything. Akash and Vaishali got married and now they are living a happy life… Story by Jai Kishen
