Mailing Subscription Help

Before reading further, please note that ISS club mail is set to happen only once in a week. So, if you are receiving our mail once every week, then there is nothing wrong with your subscription.

The below information is intended to help subscribers who have successfully subscribed to ISS club mailing list but doesn’t receive weekly story emails in their inbox.

Many e-mail service providers like Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail etc; use inbuilt spam blockers which prevents certain emails from reaching your inbox. Sometimes this can restrict your desired emails from reaching your inbox by falsely labeling them as Spam and sending them to the ‘Spam/Junk’ mail folder.

In order to ensure that you receive our club emails without fail, we strongly recommend adding our club mailing address to your email address book. Given below are the instructions which will help you do this depending on your email service provider.
